Uganda has had 260 confirmed cases of COVID19 with 63 recoveries and no deaths. President Museveni has indicated that private transport can now continue with no more than 3 people in a vehicle. These openings do not apply in the border districts so that Uganda can still exercise some control over cases coming into the country.
